We purchased the SeniorERP solution when we only had 4 employees, and the decision to implement an ERP system so early came as a result of the complexity of our activity. We have many complex operations that we need to manage in a structured and integrated way, otherwise the risks of losing control over them are high.
From taking orders in SFA by agents, to picking in the warehouse and preparing orders for delivery, all operations are carried out in the system. This gives us a high degree of data transparency and allows us to make informed and fast decisions.

Old Team Distribution has consolidated its position on the Romanian beverage distribution market through a strategic development supported by Senior Software solutions. Part of a group with solid experience on the market, the company expanded its operations from import, in 2007, to distribution in 2010, constantly adapting to market demands and diversifying its sales channels, from HoReCa to retail and online.
To support this growth and optimize internal operations, Old Team Distribution implemented the SeniorERP system, achieving a centralized way of working, complete traceability over processes and increased control of operational flows. In addition, the company managed to efficiently respond to the authorities’ requirements, automating the management of reports and fiscal documents, including e-Invoice and e-Transport.
In the sales division, the SFA solution provides agents with real-time access to essential information, such as product availability, commercial policies and prices, thus optimizing the bidding process. At the same time, the implementation of the WMS system in warehouses has improved the picking operation, significantly reducing execution times and ensuring maximum accuracy in order management.
Currently, thanks to the interconnection between systems and advanced reporting and analysis tools, the company’s management benefits from a clear vision of operational and commercial performance. Rapid access to real-time updated data allows for informed strategic decisions, resource optimization and agile adaptation to market dynamics.
The implementation of the WMS system has brought major improvements, including reducing picking times by over 30%. If previously the picking process took place throughout the day, now we manage to complete this activity in just 5 hours, which is an extraordinary achievement. In addition, the warehouse management system has contributed to increasing the accuracy of the picking process, reaching almost 100%.
Related to the reporting and analysis area, Business Intelligence is actively used in all our departments for making strategic decisions, whether it is about analyzing consumption trends, customer behavior, cash flow, purchases or sales. All relevant information is quickly extracted from the BI software, which helps us make informed and quick decisions.
