The Romanian representative of the German company Herlitz has chosen the integrated systems SeniorERP – for enterprise resource management, SeniorWMS – for warehouse management and automation and SeniorVisualBI – for advanced analysis and reporting.

The ERP system has facilitated the communication between the head office and the subsidiaries of the company, allowed establishing detailed commercial policies in the relationship with the more than 1,500 customers and has resulted in improving the management methods of Herlitz product prices. In addition, integrating the Electronic Data Interchang (EDI) technology, resulted in large time savings, elimination errors caused by documents handling and significant cost reduction.
Implementing SeniorWMS allowed a more efficient organization of the warehouse and the activity of the employees, optimizations of the picking process and obtaining an overall picture of the entire storage space.
The Business Intelligence solution previously used has been replaced with SeniorVisualBI, an easy-to-use system even for non-technical users, which allows them to quickly retrieve relevant information on key business indicators, such as: sales, supplies or questions financial and accounting.
