We replaced the previous (limited) software with WMS from Senior Software because we know it is a complete solution. The system accomplishes everything we needed from a WMS, plus a lot more that I didn’t thought was feasible, and this is a huge benefit. WMS ensures complete traceability, providing visibility on the stock and on the entire process, starting with reception and product storage in the pallet area, and their track through picking and delivery. Basically, I know on any given moment which route the product followed, and that is very important to me.

Ideal Feroluc is a distributor of furniture accessories based in Bacau. The investment in high-performance software systems brought significant time savings and improved resource management for Ideal Feroluc. Focused on the import and distribution of accessories for furniture and upholstery, the company based in Bacau chose a package of integrated software systems from Senior Software to automate as much of the company’s processes as possible and to accelerate business expansion. Ideal Feroluc’s managers were able to overcome several key obstacles in the warehouse, such as the inefficient management of tasks and sales process, as well as difficulty in recruiting and training employees. The activity within the company’s two warehouses (from Bacau and Brasov) was streamlined with WMS. By digitizing the processes, the software managed to simplify the working method to the point where it could be assimilated in just a few days, even by new employees, without experience.
By automating workflows between storage locations, the supplier was able to significantly reduce the picking and labeling time. The company has improved data accuracy and is managing its inventory and tasks more efficiently. Goods can be stored depending on quantity on locations, and shelf placement can be done taking into account seasonality or other important criteria for the business. Furthermore, delivery zone checks are carried out quickly and accurately, with the option of establishing the best route for an efficient delivery.
We pack a large amount of handles and accessories, and with the former program, the labeling operations consumed too many resources. We allocated one minute for each landmark, so if we performed 1000 landmarks each day, we’d have 1000 minutes of employee time dedicated only for this task, which meant 40% of working time. Now everything happens in a matter of seconds, thanks to Senior Software’s WMS. I just type in the internal code, enter the amount, then scan and the label comes out.
We have total control over the goods, which did not happen before because we only knew the overall stock of all locations. With WMS we know exactly what stock and quantity we have on each location, and we can place goods in the warehouse taking into account such criteria. We make inventory on location without interrupting sales, which again offers us a great advantage.

With its investment in ERP and BI, the company aims to automate financial and accounting operations, to customize the pricing policy (discounts, thresholds, etc.) and to monetize the cognitive resources of the organization. Ideal Feroluc can now provide a wide range of reports based on multiple criteria and can monitor order flow on a quarterly basis.
SeniorERP provides cost control and improves profitability by defining and closely monitoring cost and profit centers, proving useful for Ideal Feroluc since the company plans to open new branches. Furthermore, the mobile ERP application enables sales agents to easily prepare and enter customer orders into the system, to create offers, to see uncollected invoices and to follow up on sales targets.
Last but not least, with the automation and optimization of work flows, the distributor from Bacau will be able to expand his business without having to involve a large number of employees.
