Before implementing the WMS system I could say that we were working in a big mess. Deliveries were made by colleagues over the phone, and preparations were made using pen and paper. Therefore, we were working quite inefficiently and the customer feedback was pretty bad. The great diversity of packaging caused us a lot of irregularities and we were not persuding to our customers about how we deliver and how we store their packaging, which is why we decided to invest in a WMS.
The activity of RPW Logistics is a combination of logistics and production and involves a high level of difficulty. We wanted a software that would consolidate all the transactions and operations in the warehouse, and we chose the WMS system from Senior Software because it combines very well our management needs.
