In 2017, Senior Software doubled its profit and registered a 42% turnover increase over the previous year, reaching 20.4 million lei (RON). Throughout the year, the company implemented software solutions customized for different business areas such as FMCG, private healthcare, furniture, building materials and many others.
The clients registered great results starting the first months after implementating the systems:
✅ Miababy.ro optimized warehouse workflows with the WMS for E-commerce. The online baby shop now delivers 80% of its orders on the same day of purchase, and can process a single order in under 15 minutes.
✅ Key players in the food and beverage industry such as Delaco, Pambac and Alexandrion Group have improved delivery accuracy to 99% and have full stock control with the WMS.
✅ Flexibil, Antares Romania and Sipa Engineering Romania optimized their production process by implementing the MES and APS system. The companies managed to reduce their manufacturing costs, synchronize raw material purchases with effective production, and plan their activities more efficiently.
✅ Energy Gas Provider, Cafea Fortuna and Bauder are some of the companies that automated their operations in 2017 and have been able to monitor their activities in real time with the ERP and BI solutions. At the same time, Jollycontor Impex estimates a 20-25% efficiency increase in goods supply and up to 30% in employee productivity, after implementing the two systems.
