Complex orders were entered line by line, and processing a single order could take up to 6 hours. This way of working consumed significant resources and increased the risk of errors. At the same time, EDI integration with major retailers was not fully automated, and commercial documents required frequent adjustments depending on each partner’s requirements. The two online stores were not fully integrated with the internal system, and the AWB generation and management flow for B2C orders was handled separately.
Sales performance analyses were carried out in Excel, through separate consolidations and processing across channels, customers, and brands. This approach required considerable time and multiple verification steps to validate the data, turning reporting and analysis into a recurring operational effort for the Indah Beauty team.
