Spy Shop’s challenges before using Senior Software solutions
The Timișoara-based company began its collaboration with Senior Software in 2020, with the goal of optimizing workflows and integrated management across all business areas. As a rapidly growing business, the distributor decided to implement the ERP and WMS software solutions in order to centrally track orders and efficiently manage its four warehouses.
Before partnering with Senior Software, Spy Shop’s managers were using several non-integrated software solutions, which created discrepancies between accounting and operations. At the same time, the supplier did not have a very clear picture of its customer profile, profit margins across certain product categories and groups, nor could it fully control the evolution of the business.
In the logistics area, the distributor did not have a system that allowed accurate product tracking and was losing a great deal of time with the identification of goods in the warehouse.
