In the past, with the application we used for replenishment, it was very difficult to gather this type of information, which led to missed opportunities and products we could have sold but did not. We now have real-time visibility into actual stock levels across all locations, at any moment during the day, and the solution effectively calculates and suggests the final quantity that needs to be ordered.
The system offers multiple replenishment methods. One method we particularly value and use through Inventory is the fill rate approach, which identifies whether a product is on an upward or downward trend and automatically determines the required replenishment quantity.
