1. What motivated you to implement a software solutions package and why did you choose to collaborate with the Senior Software team?

Adrian Buica: As Sano Vita grew and developed, the need arose to implement an IT system capable of providing customized solutions for sales, marketing and inventory management departments, as well as for procurement, production, data analysis and logistics.

For example, in the logistics area, as the number of orders increased, an updated IT system became necessary to enable fast access to stock information while also simplifying the inventory process.

In addition, performing analyses required long execution times. We needed rapidly generated reports based on accurate, complete and real-time updated information, helping improve the management team’s ability to make business decisions.

In recent years, online commerce in Romania has been continuously expanding. In this context, acquiring and developing an online platform, namely www.sanovita.ro, became necessary to increase product visibility in the market and better respond to customer needs.

By ordering online, customers benefit from a fast and convenient shopping method, avoiding crowded stores. At the same time, they save time while gaining access to a wide range of products and added-value services such as safe home delivery.

Considering all these aspects, we chose to collaborate with Senior Software because we wanted a partner in Romania that could provide support whenever needed and deliver customizable and scalable software solutions capable of supporting business expansion.

2. What changes have you recorded after implementing the E-commerce solution?

Adrian Buica: In most cases, we manage to deliver orders the day after they are placed because orders are no longer entered manually. The customer simply accesses the sanovita.ro website, adds products to the cart and places the order, while the information is automatically transmitted into the system and the order is processed immediately.

Following automation, information is transmitted without errors, order processing time has significantly decreased, and sales volume in the online channel has increased. Currently, thanks to greater visibility, we receive orders from all regions of the country and maintain a closer relationship with customers.

The new sanovita.ro platform stores the shopping cart history and provides multiple promotion opportunities, including sending informational materials, promotions and generating recommendations based on order history.

3. What improvements did the SeniorERP solution bring?

Adrian Buica: The implementation of the ERP solution brought a positive change. SeniorERP contributed to increased employee productivity, creating an efficient working environment and facilitating communication between departments regarding the planning of each stage of the workflow. It represented an important step in the development of Sano Vita.

In addition, regarding the organization and monitoring of the sales process and access to information, we achieved full traceability, starting from order placement through to product delivery. We can know at any time the exact status of an order.

4. How did SeniorVisualBI influence analysis and reporting processes?

Adrian Buica: The decision-making process has clearly improved thanks to the fast and accurate generation of quarterly statements and monthly reports. At present, we have easy access to accurate information in a very short time and can obtain any information we need at any moment.

The solution allows us, in addition to detailed reports, to perform a series of complex analyses, all of which are highly valuable for strategic planning. We can now rely on these figures and know exactly which direction to follow and where adjustments are needed to improve operations and stay closer to our customers.

For example, we conducted an analysis regarding the geographic distribution of our customers and identified areas with lower demand for our products as well as regions with higher potential. Based on these results, we were able to take the right business measures, directing our resources toward areas with increased demand, which generated positive results.

5. What changes did the implementation of the WMS solution bring?

Adrian Buica: Before implementation, since picking operations were performed manually, we frequently recorded human errors. For example, an order prepared for a client could include situations such as slightly damaged products or incorrect quantities at delivery. These cases were resolved, but we did not have a clear overview of these errors, which affected our relationships with customers.

After implementing WMS, we largely eliminated these errors. In addition, thanks to monitoring and supervision functions and the records stored in the system, we can always know which products were delivered and the exact hour and minute when orders were prepared.

In the warehouse, product identification is now much easier due to space optimization and intelligent storage, as well as improved shelf organization. Even a new employee can immediately find the required product because the terminal displays the product location and the shortest route. It is very simple. Picking times have been reduced, increasing the number of processed orders and overall productivity. You can also see in real time how many lines are processed by each employee. In addition, training new employees is much faster, taking a maximum of 1-2 days to become familiar with the system, compared to the several weeks previously required before using the WMS solution.

6. What benefits did you observe following the implementation of the SFA solution?

Adrian Buica: The SFA solution allowed us to direct sales representatives toward areas with higher demand and to define strategies for regions where demand was lower, enabling growth in those segments as well.

Moreover, with SFA we significantly reduced order processing times. Sano Vita sales representatives no longer need to call from the field to place orders. Now, the agent visits the client, enters the order directly into the system, and it no longer needs to pass through another department before reaching the warehouse for processing. With SFA, all information is processed directly from the field, without errors, and each order is immediately recorded in the system, without intermediaries.

7. What expectations do you have from the CPM solution?

Adrian Buica: We decided to acquire this solution in order to gain a much clearer overall view of budgeting processes.

Cost optimization and increased profitability will help improve company efficiency, from management level to the final product delivered to the customer. At the same time, the activity of each role within the company can be improved, ensuring that the final outcome remains consistently focused on the quality of the products offered to our customers.
