At the beginning, our activity was carried out in a 400 sqm warehouse, and today we operate in the central warehouse in Sacalaz, with an area of over 4,000 sqm, managing inventory exceeding 130,000 sqm of ceramics. This growth required a high performance solution for warehouse management, which is why we chose the WMS system from Senior Software.

The choice was supported by the fact that it is a mature platform, with successful implementations in similar companies, which can be adapted and customized to our internal requirements. After implementing the WMS solution, we observed a significant reduction in human errors and a 40% decrease in order processing time.
