We reduced the time in the performance evaluation process by over 40%, the time for reporting centralized results decreased by over 50 hours / evaluation session, the self-service for HR administrative documents contributed to saving 20 hours / month (at the organization level) and approx. 80% of employees use the portal for internal communication, being connected to the organization’s projects.
