We gained on all fronts. The most visible benefit is reflected in the number of order lines processed per day. With WMS, during peak periods we reached up to 12,000 processed lines, compared to 7,500 before implementation. The differences are significant, especially in terms of inventory control and visibility across warehouse operations.
