We implemented SeniorERP when our company had only four employees. Choosing to adopt an ERP system so early was driven by the complexity of our operations. We manage a high volume of complex processes that need to be handled in a structured and integrated way; otherwise, the risk of losing control would be significant. From order intake in the SFA system by our sales agents, to warehouse picking and order preparation for delivery, all operations are managed within the system. This provides us with a high level of data transparency and enables us to make informed, fast decisions.
