Part of a group with solid market experience, the company expanded its operations from import activities in 2007 to distribution in 2010, continuously adapting to market requirements and diversifying its sales channels from HoReCa to retail and online. To support this growth and streamline internal operations, Old Team Distribution implemented SeniorERP, achieving a centralized way of working, full process traceability, and enhanced control over operational flows. Additionally, the company efficiently addressed regulatory requirements by automating the management of statutory reports and fiscal documents, including e-Factura and e-Transport. Within the sales division, the SFA solution provides sales representatives with real-time access to critical information such as product availability, pricing, and commercial policies, significantly improving the quotation and order-taking process. At the same time, the implementation of the WMS solution in the warehouses optimized picking operations, substantially reducing execution times and ensuring maximum accuracy in order fulfillment.
Today, thanks to system integration and advanced reporting and analytics tools, the company’s management benefits from a clear, real-time view of both operational and commercial performance. Fast access to up-to-date data enables informed strategic decision-making, efficient resource optimization, and agile adaptation to market dynamics.

The implementation of the WMS system has brought major improvements, including a reduction in picking times by over 30%. If previously the picking process took place throughout the day, now we manage to complete this activity in just 5 hours, which is an extraordinary achievement. In addition, the warehouse management system has contributed to increasing the accuracy of the picking process, reaching almost 100%.

Regarding the reporting and analysis area, Business Intelligence is actively used in all our departments for making strategic decisions, whether it is analyzing consumer trends, customer behavior, cash flow, purchases or sales. All relevant information is quickly extracted from the BI software, which helps us make informed and fast decisions.
