Sedona optimised its sales operations with the SeniorERP solution

Sedona ALM, a distributor of fiscal equipment, replaced its previous non-integrated applications with the ERP solution from Senior Software. As a result, the company eliminated issues such as the lack of real-time access to relevant data, the involvement of extensive resources in day-to-day activities and many others.
The need for integration and centralised monitoring was the decisive factor that led us to implement the solution from Senior Software. In the past, we did not have an appropriate inventory management system, while our accounting records were maintained in an external application. Consequently, data had to be transferred between systems.
Furthermore, our operations were hindered by the difficulties we encountered when integrating the management software with other internal applications.
