Senior Software announces that SeniorERP Online is now available on Windows Azure, the world’s fastest cloud computing platform. SeniorERP Online is therefore the first Romanian ERP system to run natively on what is currently the most advanced IT infrastructure available. Companies can access a state-of-the-art business system online from any location, without investing in servers, storage capacity, dedicated personnel or a substantial implementation budget.
Senior Software has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification for its quality management system. The audit and certification were carried out by AJA Registrars, a certification body accredited by UKAS in the United Kingdom. The main purpose of implementing the ISO quality management standards was to define measurable processes and objectives and ensure consistently high standards across all activities carried out for the company’s clients.
The procedures introduced provide clients with additional benefits throughout their relationship with the company. Before implementation, clients undergo an in-depth analysis designed to clearly define their expectations, the required resources, the implementation team and any potential risks. Implementation schedules are planned and optimised using specialised project management tools, providing clarity and traceability throughout the proposal process.
Internally, the flow of information between the company’s departments was redesigned to improve operational efficiency. The testing department was also strengthened to support product verification and validation. In addition, the process of monitoring client satisfaction was expanded and formalised at specific stages, including after the sale, following implementation and after the solution has been in use for a certain period.
