The distributor of household and agricultural products connected its inventory, orders, commercial operations and e-commerce channels into an integrated software ecosystem from Senior Software.

Broman optimized its sales, logistics and analysis processes by implementing a flexible and customizable package of software solutions from Senior Software. The digitalization project supported stronger operational control, access to real-time updated data and traceability across the entire activity flow.

In the context of business expansion and increasing activity volumes, the traditional infrastructure could no longer efficiently support the company’s operational pace. Managing a growing number of orders, synchronizing sales channels and quickly accessing commercial and financial information had become essential for maintaining control over processes and supporting business decisions.
To meet these requirements, the company implemented SeniorERP for resource and commercial operations management, Dock9 B2B for business-to-business sales, Dock9 Shop as an online store platform, WMS for warehouse management, SeniorVisualBI for analysis and reporting, and SeniorDashboards for analyzing key business indicators.

Among the results achieved by Broman following the implementation of Senior Software solutions are:

Broman Integrare ERP

By integrating the ERP system with the e-commerce platforms, orders are captured automatically, while inventory and prices are updated in real time, significantly reducing the risk of error. At the same time, the B2B platform gives customers quick access to inventory and personalized prices, while the B2C channel supports the development of Broman’s own brand.

At operational level, the digitalization of warehouse activities brought greater speed and accuracy to order processing. At the same time, the analysis and reporting tools provide management with a clear view of sales, inventory turnover, profitability and commercial performance.

For us, one of the greatest values is the interconnection of systems. Data flows quickly between departments, and this helps us manage the company in an integrated way and react faster to changes in the business.”

In the coming period, Broman aims to develop products under its own brand, expand its e-commerce components, increase its national presence and consolidate its B2B network, directions supported by the solutions implemented together with Senior Software.
